Opportunity Grow Your Career Responsibilities • Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles and store cleanliness. • Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. • May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. • Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. • Support and uphold a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. • Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to operating procedures. • Promote credit and loyalty programs. • Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards. • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures. • Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and store as needed. • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures. • Support shrink reduction programs and participate in safety initiatives to maintain a safe environment. • Other duties as assigned. Who We’re Looking For • Possesses excellent customer service skills. • Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs. • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. • Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes or unexpected situations. • Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. • Works effectively with peers and supervisors; prior retail customer experience is preferred.
