Role Overview

The Merchandise Associate – Customer Service will be responsible for delivering a seamless client experience across both online and offline channels while supporting inventory operations and in-store merchandising. The role requires strong retail sensibility, operational discipline, and customer relationship management capabilities within a fashion-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience (Online & Offline)

Provide high-touch customer service in-store and via digital platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, email, website). Assist clients with product selection, styling guidance, sizing, and order queries. Manage customer follow-ups, exchanges, and after-sales service. Maintain strong product knowledge across collections.

2. Inventory Management

Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock audits. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for inward and outward stock movement. Monitor sell-through and replenishment cycles. Ensure proper tagging, storage, and stock organization.

3. CRM Management

Maintain and update customer database. Track purchase history and client preferences. Support client retention initiatives and follow-up communication. Assist in driving repeat sales through relationship-building.

4. Merchandising

Support visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines. Ensure display maintenance and product presentation. Assist in seasonal launches and collection rollouts. Monitor product performance and provide feedback to the team.

5. Material Procurement

Coordinate with vendors for sourcing fabrics, trims, packaging materials, and store supplies. Maintain procurement records and cost tracking. Ensure timely replenishment of materials required for operations. Assist in vendor coordination and follow-ups.
