Nature of On-the-Job Training – Production Trainee (NAPS / Company Trainee)

  • Work under basic supervision to assemble and test machine parts, components, and systems as per production requirements.
  • Operate one or more machines on the shop floor following safety and quality standards.
  • Support painting and finishing activities for machine parts or components when assigned.
  • Work in a shop-floor environment, involving 8–9 hours of standing work each day.
  • Training activities may require lifting and carrying materials up to 8 kg as part of regular tasks.

Eligibility: Candidates who have completed their Diploma course.
