Winter Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Summer Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

ReThink Enterprise specializes in Timber Frame Construction, Steel Framing, SIP Home Construction, and more. We are associated with vendors such as Canada Timber-Frames and Thermo Core.

ReThink is recruiting workers of ALL skill levels in the construction world. We have multiple jobs on the table for the foreseeable future and are urgently seeking those who are looking for full-time work in the Grand County area and prefer locals or if employees will relocate.

We are specifically hiring for the following positions:
  • General Laborer
  • Carpenter
  • Framer
  • Heavy Equipment Operator

Other Details:
Having your CDL license is a plus.
You must have your own reliable transportation available.
Pay is based on skill level as well as what personal tools you can provide.
Open to FT and PT positions, will give preference to those looking for full-time.
