In this role, you will design, implement, coordinate, and evaluate educational programs and initiatives that support staff development, clinical competency, regulatory readiness, and organizational goals. You will play a key role in shaping onboarding, ongoing development, and professional growth for nurses within high‑acuity medical–surgical environments.<o:p></o:p><o:p></o:p></p><br> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <br> <p class="MsoNormal">• Minimum of three years of recent acute care clinical nursing experience is required.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Experience serving as a preceptor is required.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• One year of teaching experience preferred; nursing professional development or specialty‑area experience preferred.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• BSN required; active enrollment in a Master’s program with degree completion within two years preferred.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Why Acute Care Experience Matters for This Role<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Our medical–surgical units care for diverse, high‑acuity patient populations with rapidly changing needs.
