Engaging with the caller and building rapport.</p></li><li><p>Providing immediate assistance to symptomatic callers and referral if necessary.</p></li><li><p>Educating caller regarding services that are available to them.</p></li><li><p>Communicating patient preferences to physician led team in order to provide the patient with pertinent health information.</p></li><li><p>Providing health information to the caller based on their health literacy and specific areas of interest.</p></li><li><p>Coordinating development of custom educational content with physician led team.</p></li><li><p>Managing assigned workload, including ongoing client follow-up and customization of report materials, with ease.</p></li><li><p>Providing up-to-date information and guidance on educational materials, web tools, and employer benefit programs for assigned clients. Assisting in web registration and navigation.</p></li><li><p>Conducting feedback surveys with clients to evaluate satisfaction, utilization of services provided and impact of services.</p></li><li><p>Participating in physician conference calls with patients and their families including, in some cases, scheduled calls outside of usual shift.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA requirements per Alight’s policies at all times when handling data or providing services.</p></li><li><p>Performing tasks or responsibilities assigned by Alight to support the company's operational and financial goals.</p></li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Be a Registered Nurse with a BSN and equivalent experience required.</p></li><li><p>Have certifications in one of the following: Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC), Certified Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Nurse (CPHON).</p></li><li><p>Have RN Compact State Nursing License in good standing and Telehealth experience required.</p></li><li><p>Have Experience in a clinical setting providing direct support to patients and their families from diagnosis through treatment.</p></li><li><p>Able to communicate medical information to a nonmedical audience.</p></li><li><p>Display dedication to providing high quality, professional customer service.</p></li><li><p>Have experience working with a variety of digital/internet media and interest in exploring new information technology. Be proficient with computer and internet navigation skills.</p></li><li><p>Maintain enthusiasm, must enjoy working independently and in a team environment.</p></li><li><p>Enjoy and be comfortable with a fast, evolving operation.
