Role Overview


As an Online English Conversation Coach, you will provide high-quality conversational practice to students from an Indian educational foundation. Your primary goal is to help learners improve their verbal fluency, bridge cultural communication gaps, and build confidence in professional and social English settings.


Job Requirements


  • Language Proficiency
    : Native English speaker (US-based) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Cultural Sensitivity
    : Ability to adapt coaching style for students from an Indian educational background.


  • Technical Setup
    : Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a high-quality webcam, and a quiet, professional workspace for video sessions.


  • Availability
    : Ability to commit to a consistent part-time schedule (mornings or evenings EST/PST to align with Indian Standard Time).


  • Soft Skills
    : High levels of patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate adult learners.


  • Education
