Oracle Cloud Transformation Architect / SME Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Clearance Requirements: U.S. Citizen with Tier 2 Public Trust (required) Position Status: Direct Hire Job Overview & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud Transformation Architect to support the end-to-end modernization of legacy Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules to Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications. This role will serve as a functional and technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving complex transformation efforts across Field Service, Supply Chain, Financials, and Advanced Planning modules in both federal and commercial environments. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on Oracle expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to translate legacy architectures into modern Oracle Cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support the functional and technical transition of Oracle EBS modules to Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications • Analyze, map, and modernize legacy EBS configurations to Oracle Cloud architecture and capabilities • Design, configure, and test Oracle Cloud modules, including: • Field Service: Install Base, Service Contracts, iSupport, Depot Repair • Advanced Planning: ASCP, Demantra Demand Management, Inventory Optimization • Financials: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets • Develop and lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with business and technical stakeholders • Provide SME support for data migration, interface conversions, and business process redesign • Collaborate with development, security, and reporting teams, including OBIEE and BI Publisher (BIP) • Support testing, training, deployment, and change management activities Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum Qualifications • U.S. Citizen with active or eligible Tier 2 Public Trust Clearance • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • 12+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS experience across relevant modules • 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Field Service pillars • Deep understanding of data migration strategies, configurations, and reporting solutions • Experience supporting federal and commercial clients • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Qualifications • Oracle Cloud Certifications (SCM, Financials, Field Service) • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ADF, or PaaS tools • Knowledge of DOE, DoD, or other federal compliance and security frameworks • Experience with OBIEE and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) About Seneca Resources At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm-we are a trusted career partner.
