Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in cloud-based HR solutions, with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and integrations. This role involves collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative HR technology solutions that enhance organizational efficiency. The Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and deploying Oracle HCM modules while ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure. Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits. • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend optimal HR technology solutions. • Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client-specific needs. • Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools. • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, integrations, and workflows. • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). • Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation to ensure successful adoption. • Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features, industry trends, and best practices in cloud HR solutions. Requirements • Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant or similar role with a strong understanding of cloud-based HR systems. • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure including operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, and familiarity with APIs for system integration. • Experience working within Agile methodologies and SDLC processes for software development and deployment. • Strong background in computer science principles, computer management, and enterprise IT architecture. • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices for continuous integration/continuous deployment (arenaflex/CD). • Familiarity with operating systems including Windows and Linux environments. • Knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as servers, databases, and network configurations relevant to cloud applications. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues quickly.
