About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Packaging Procurement to manage end-to-end procurement for skincare and cosmetics packaging materials. The role focuses on vendor development, cost optimization, and ensuring timely, high-quality, and sustainable packaging solutions that align with brand and product needs.


Key Responsibilities:

Packaging Procurement: Manage sourcing and procurement of primary (bottles, jars, tubes, pumps) and secondary (cartons, labels, sleeves) packaging materials. Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop packaging suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Negotiation & Cost Control: Execute procurement strategies to optimize cost, lead time, and supplier performance. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, and Quality teams to align packaging procurement with technical and design requirements. Innovation & Sustainability: Partner with suppliers to introduce innovative and eco-friendly packaging solutions. Process Management: Maintain procurement trackers, cost sheets, and supplier databases; ensure compliance with company procurement policies. Performance Monitoring: Track key procurement KPIs such as cost variance, lead time, and vendor performance.


Requirements:

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Packaging Technology, Supply Chain, or related field. Candidates from SIES institute preferred Experience: 2–4 years of packaging procurement experience in any B2B industry, preferred experience in skincare, cosmetics, or personal care industry.


Skills: Strong procurement, negotiation, and analytical skills Sound understanding of packaging materials and processes Proficiency in ERP/SAP or similar procurement tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management
