Part Time Accounts Staff

100% Remote/ Work from Home; thus must be independent, disciplined and tech savvy Part Time or Flexi working hour; from few hours a day to few hours every 2 days, depending on client workload. Location: Home based Job Requirement: - Independently close full set of accounts with reasonable accounting principles - Xero or Quickbooks Online Knowledge/ Experience are preferred - If you do not have Xero experience, you need to take a 10 hours online training to be Xero Certified Advisor - Able to interact and write reasonably in English - Must have reasonable accounting qualification and experiences RM20 per hour for Accounts Staff, with opportunities to promote to reviewer roles based on performance. Suitable for Stay at home mum or retirees with background in Accounting/ HR experience. Applicants should ideally have working laptops (not slow in opening app or typing, min Windows 10, better to have 8gb ram, SSD) and decent Internet (speedtest minimum 20mbps). Corporate Laptops can be provided for Penang, KL, JB applicants. Other than Accounts staff, we are looking for these roles as well (100% remote working WFH; rates to separately discuss): 1. HR Specialist whom is familiar with Malaysian HR and is willing to learn and work on Singapore HR 2. Chartered Valuer & Appraiser and can perform valuation according to International Valuation Standards (IVS) introduced by the International Valuation Standards Council 3. Singapore Tax Agent with experience in Singapore Corporate tax 4. Xero Migration, Set up and/ or Template 5. Malaysia Licensed Tax Agent 6. Malaysia Licensed Company Secretary We have over 60s staff now, we hire more account staff and HR specialists in advance, as we anticipate & onboard new clients. We typically assign one to two clients (with daily to bidaily workload) per part time accounts staff, and we avoid overloading our staff with excessive work to avoid burn out.
