The Front Desk staff will manage front desk reception duties, including welcoming students and teachers, answering phone inquiries, managing class check-ins, and assisting with membership and product sales. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the studio is a clean and inviting environment, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting the overall operations of the studio. The role requires regular shifts and a professional, friendly demeanor to maintain a high standard of customer service.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to assist students, teachers, and visitors with inquiries and concerns effectively.</li><li>Experience in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette, including managing class check-ins, scheduling, and handling incoming calls professionally.</li><li>Proficiency in Computer Literacy to operate scheduling software, process transactions, and manage data entry tasks.</li><li>Ability to maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor in a fast-paced, community-centered environment.</li><li>Prior experience in yoga or fitness environments is a plus.</li><li>Flexibility to work select weekday evenings and weekends as needed.</li></ul>
