We are looking for merchandisers to work independently across various retail locations, showcasing their organization and time management skills to display and maintain inventory levels of our celebrations product, including greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush and more.<br><br><strong>Pay<br><br></strong><ul><li> The starting pay is $16.20 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (the listed rates are subject to change based on work location).</li><li> After 6 months of employment the pay rate will increase to $17.10.</li><li> After 1 year of continued employment the pay rate will increase to $18.00.</li><li> We offer flexible work scheduling.</li><li> We provide paid training.</li><li> 401(k) with company match<br><br></li></ul><strong>Route And Schedule<br><br></strong>This route will service the following retail locations at: 103 Market St, Eagle, CO, 81631; 72 Beaver Creek Pl, Avon, CO and 210 Crestwood Dr, Gypsum, CO.<br><br>The weekly average hours are 6 hours per week. The weekly hours may increase to an average of 12 hours per week around holidays.<br><br><strong>Primary Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders, displaying product within greeting card departments and other retail locations, maintaining an organized backroom areas, and other inventory tasks as needed.</li><li> Communicate with management any questions or concerns regarding service or schedules.</li><li> Work in a fast-paced retail environment utilizing effective time management skills and organizational skills.</li><li> Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.</li><li> Availability for additional working days and extended hours leading up to and immediately following major holidays.</li><li> Provide occasional assistance with store resets which may include minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as requested.</li><li> Review and plan your weekly service schedule and workload in your assigned stores, utilizing a company-issued tablet</li><li>The ability to work on your own and with a team.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Experience Required<br><br></strong>No Experience Necessary! We will train you!<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 18 yrs or older</li><li> Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required</li><li> Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation</li><li> Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations</li><li> Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates</li><li> Technological competency-able to learn and use company provided tablet for training and daily activity/tasks</li><li> Meet scheduling needs - Occasional weekends, the day before and after major holidays as needed (e.g., Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Physical Demands<br><br></strong>You will be working on the sales floor as well as the back stock room. Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and fixtures of up to 40 pounds throughout the sales floor and backrooms. You will need to be able to stand, walk, stoop, and squat throughout the workday.
