That’s why our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from a variety of backgrounds who collaborate to provide the very best evidence-based care for our clients at all levels of care. </p></div><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>Under supervision, the Therapist, provides individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family. </p> <p><strong>Compensation Range:</strong></p> <ul> <li>$33.00 - $38.50/hour</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position.</em></strong></p> <p><strong>Schedule - This is a Remote Position</strong></p> <ul> <li>Part-Time, 20 hours/week (.5 FTE)</li> <li>20 hours to be divided between three days. Some flexibility on which three days, Fridays are required. </li> </ul> <p><strong>How Therapists Empower Recovery</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure the strictest adherence to professional boundaries with clients, consistently upholding ethical standards and creating a safe, respectful environment for all interactions. </li> <li>Co-Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients and their support networks, as assigned, to address specific therapeutic needs.</li> <li>Oversee a caseload of clients, ensuring comprehensive delivery of both individual and family therapy according to the assigned treatment plan.</li> <li>Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the client's evolving therapeutic needs and goals.</li> <li>Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities in the treatment of clients, ensuring interventions are grounded in the latest research and best practices.</li> <li>Provide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated, promoting healthy eating behaviors, and addressing disordered eating patterns.</li> <li>Actively contribute to treatment team discussions by sharing client assessments, family dynamics, and responses to therapeutic interventions.</li> <li>Engage in multidisciplinary case conceptualization, contributing to the development of holistic and integrative treatment plans.</li> <li>Foster effective communication and collaboration within the multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.</li> <li>Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to assess new clients, gathering essential clinical information to inform treatment planning.</li> <li>Support the therapeutic environment by assisting with milieu management as needed, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for all clients.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with the Utilization Review team to provide necessary clinical data for insurance continued stay reviews and approvals.</li> <li>Generate detailed discharge plans, making informed recommendations for continued care and coordinating transitions to the next level of care services.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Education Qualifications:   </p> <ul> <li>Current Associate or Independent licensure required in Washington state required.  </li> <li>Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field required.    </li> </ul> <p>Professional Qualifications:  </p> <ul> <li>Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience required.  </li> <li>DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred.  </li> <li>Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred  </li> <li>Computer proficiency required.   </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.  </li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>What we offer: </strong></p> <p><strong>Employee Benefits:</strong> We understand the importance of a well-rounded benefits package.
