Patient Care Coordinator – Telehealth Weight Loss

About Us: At Weight Loss Shots, we provide accessible, affordable, and medically supervised weight loss solutions through a telehealth model. Our passionate team is dedicated to helping patients feel confident and supported throughout their journey. We specialize in GLP-1 medications such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. Job Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a blend of customer service, operations, sales, and administrative support. You’ll speak directly with patients, guide them through treatment options, manage scheduling and medication orders, and ensure billing accuracy. We are looking for someone to be available from 10am-6pm CST Monday-Friday. We have offices in San Diego, CA and Austin, TX where you would be welcome to work if local, otherwise the position would be fully remote. Responsibilities: • Respond to incoming leads and patient inquiries via phone, email, and text • Conduct structured phone consultations to review treatment options and answer questions • Help patients get started and provide outstanding support to guide patients throughout their weight loss journey • Maintain accurate patient records and notes in our EMR system • Place and track medication orders and refills • Review invoices and ensure accurate billing • Monitor treatment timelines, including refill schedules and upcoming appointments • Communicate efficiently with your manager, our providers, and our pharmacy partners • Support marketing efforts such as email outreach or social media tasks as needed Qualifications: • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (telehealth, healthcare, or wellness industry preferred) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented • Comfortable navigating EMR systems and arenaflex Workspace • Ability to work independently and stay on top of daily workflow • Understanding of HIPAA and how to handle patient information confidentially • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or medical aesthetics is a plus Why Join Us? • Supportive, collaborative team culture • Flexible work environment (remote or in-office) • Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding business • Make a meaningful difference in people’s lives To Apply: Please submit your resume and send a short email to kylie@weightlossshots.com explaining why you’re interested in this role and what makes you a strong candidate.
