The People Programs team (which sits side by side to the Learning & Development and People Business Partner teams) is on mission to empower high performance and fuel development.

In this role, collaboration will be your middle name. You will project manage small-scale programs from start to finish and will support the day to day operations of larger-scale programs (think: performance reviews, career frameworks, capabilities matrices, talent reviews, calibration, and beyond). You will also be integral in supporting the testing of the Talent modules as we implement Workday. This role will be essential in ensuring that all of our people program initiatives run seamlessly and create impact for the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Support our programs administrative elements (ex: calendaring, drafting employee communications, building project plans, tracking deliverables, updating and organizing data, as well as responding to employee/manager questions).
  • Maintain data integrity for our program’s systems/tools and evolve dashboards to help track the effectiveness of programs using a variety of metrics.
  • Input, analyze, synthesize data and complete external research to identify patterns and / or new ideas that can help improve programs and processes.

What We Look For

  • Program management experience, ideally 4+ years in people-related programs at an organization that has scaled beyond 2,500 employees (you’ll need to create and execute on project plans, stakeholder management, communications, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with 2+ years experience analyzing people-related and program related data (using google sheets / excel or similar to create visual representations of data, filter information, manage pivot tables, complete v-look ups, etc.)
  • A continuous improvement mentality. You recognize that “perfect” is not an end state, and continually drive for program improvement.
  • Creative thinker that can generate innovative program ideas to improve the Affirmer experience, and who has a growth mindset (ie. you’re excited to try new things and believe challenges will help you grow).
  • A team player who can take on tasks needed for the team / organization to be successful.
