Were looking for a sharp, proactive, highly organised Operations Assistant / Internal Bookkeeper to become the operational backbone of our company.

You'll work directly with our CEO Jamie Johns and CMO Brenton Ward, helping manage their day-to-day schedules, ensuring priorities stay on track, and keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

20% – Internal Bookkeeping

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero
  • Payroll processing and BAS support
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with budgeting and cash flow tracking
  • Support monthly reporting

80% – Operations & Executive Support

Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars for the CEO & CMO
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications
  • Keep priorities organised and deadlines on track
  • Act as a gatekeeper and right-hand support

Operations Management

  • Improve internal systems and workflows
  • Ensure tools, tech, and processes run efficiently
  • Support team onboarding and coordination
  • Track key business metrics and report insights
  • Be the go-to person who keeps everything moving

This is a high-trust, high-impact position where you'll see how the entire business operates.
