Position: Customer Care Specialist

Location: Florence, SC
Assignment Type: Temp
Pay Rate: $ 16.00/hr
Work Hours:
  • Training: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (ET)
  • Must be available to work any shift between 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM, including weekends
  • Two days off per week
    Dress Code: Professional

What Is a Customer Care Specialist?

As a Customer Care Specialist, you serve as the primary voice of the company and its clients. You will help customers navigate issues related to hazard insurance, mortgage servicing, loan-level inquiries, and property loss. This is an ideal role for individuals who love helping others, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
  • Research and resolve loan-level inquiries in hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss
  • Take initiative to understand customer challenges and prevent future issues
  • Participate in special projects and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Accurately document interactions and maintain customer records
  • Uphold quality service standards and problem-solve effectively
  • Complete robust paid training including classroom, online, and shadowing components
Education & Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of work experience required (customer service or call center preferred)
  • College degree with 0-1 year of experience is preferred

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
