margin-left: 0in;"><li style="margin:0in;">Review permit construction documents including structural plans, specifications, and calculations for compliance with adopted codes and standards regulating commercial building construction. </li><li style="margin:0in;">Enforce the requirements of the ICC International Building Code (IBC and referenced standards), and other state, county, and federal laws, codes, and regulations relating to commercial buildings and structures. </li><li style="margin:0in;">Explain technical and procedural requirements to clients, developers, engineers, architects, contractors, the public, and other agencies via written communications, virtual and in-person meetings and discussions.</li><li style="margin:0in;">Meet with architects, engineers, developers, clients, surveyors, attorneys, contractors, peers, other government agency staff, public, and property owners as a subject matter expert to discuss/resolve code/policy compliance issues and maintain effective working relationships.</li><li style="margin:0in;">Recommend new/changes in standards, codes, regulations, and procedures;
