You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to deliver technology solutions that truly transform the way we operate.The PMO Lead oversees the PMO function, leading a team of project managers and analysts to ensure successful project delivery. They are responsible for establishing PMO methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. They provide strategic direction for project portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This includes managing a broad portfolio of change initiatives and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. ️ Key Responsibilities • Own the full lifecycle of IT projects — from planning and design to execution and post-launch support • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and align projects with business and compliance goals • Lead cross-functional teams through software implementations, integrations, and infrastructure upgrades • Manage vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless technology adoption • Create detailed project plans, monitor milestones, and manage risks proactively • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (TRID, RESPA, TILA) and maintain data security standards • Champion Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver efficient, scalable solutions • Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering professional growth What You Bring • 8+ years of technical project management experience, with at least 3 in mortgage or financial services • experience in the mortgage landscape • Strong technical expertise in IT systems, software development, and cloud-based solutions • Deep understanding of mortgage processes, loan origination systems, CRMs, and compliance requirements • Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional projects on time and on budget • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, analytical skills • Proficiency with tools like arenaflex Project, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Teams, and SharePoint • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred) • Certifications like CSM, PMP, or Agile credentials a plus • Project Management Expertise: A strong background in project management is essential • Leadership Skills: The ability to lead and mentor teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change is crucial for success in this role.
