The duties and responsibilities of Branch Service Assistant may include, but are not limited to the following:

A. Policy Issuance

  • Processes requests for issuance of policy and quotation.
  • Ensures policies issued are complying to the Company’s Underwriting Guidelines.
  • Ensures that policies are delivered to insureds or intermediaries within the turn- around-time.
  • Maintains copies of policies for the branch’s reference;
  • Prepares reports such as, but not limited to, Renewal Persistency and Monthly Production.

2. Performs other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Experience in the same position and/or in Non-Life Insurance is an advantage.
