What You’ll Do As a trusted learning advisor and innovation leader, you will: • Partner with senior leaders to define and execute learning transformation strategies that align with business goals. • Lead the design and delivery of world-class learning programs — from instructor-led training to immersive digital and blended experiences. • Champion innovation by bringing cutting-edge learning technologies and evidence-based methodologies to life. • Guide and inspire instructional design teams , fostering creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement. • Use data and insights to measure impact and continuously enhance learning effectiveness. What Makes You a Great Fit You’re a passionate learning strategist with: • 10+ years of experience in instructional design, learning consultancy, or organizational development . • A proven track record in learning transformation across multiple modalities. • Strong consulting, advisory, and client engagement skills — with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Experience leading teams and driving learning innovation using modern technologies. • A degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
