Press Operator (2nd Shift) Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Press Operators to join our team at Cummings Printing in Hooksett, NH, for our 2nd Shift operations. As a Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality printed materials using Sheetfed presses and other printing equipment. We offer on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within our dynamic and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate heat set web presses and other printing equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting on printing equipment as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain consistent print quality throughout production runs.
  • Follow job specifications and production schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and address any issues that may arise during production.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations in the pressroom.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work area to maintain an efficient production environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the printing industry.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
