Your work will focus on building scalable, innovative solutions that enhance personalization, improve user engagement, and drive adoption across our suite of products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-powered features that solve complex problems and elevate the user experience. Key responsibilities include:</p><p><strong>Strategic Vision and Execution</strong>:</p><ul><li><p>Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI knowledge systems, aligning with organizational goals and user needs.</p></li><li><p>Partner with engineering teams to integrate AI adoption goals into the roadmap, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities and business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and evaluate the success of AI-driven features using data-driven metrics and user feedback.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge System Development</strong>:</p><ul><li><p>Lead initiatives to build and enhance foundational knowledge systems, such as knowledge graphs and data stores, to power downstream products like search, chat, and agent experiences.</p></li><li><p>Drive improvements in entity understanding and recommendation systems across search, chat, and feed scenarios.</p></li><li><p>Leverage insights from collaborative graphs and data analytics to enhance personalization and context-aware capabilities.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Partner with engineering, data science, product, and design teams to identify opportunities and implement improvements in AI quality.</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities for third-party integrations to expand the capabilities of knowledge systems.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Customer-Centric Approach:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop deep customer insights to pinpoint gaps in quality, proactively addressing issues to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.</p></li><li><p>Regularly interact with users and internal stakeholders to validate quality enhancements and prioritize feature improvements.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Communication and Storytelling:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Create compelling narratives and communicate progress effectively to customers, stakeholders, and the broader community, highlighting Atlassian’s advancements in search relevance and quality.</p></li></ul><p></p> <br>Qualifications<br><br><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>To succeed in this role, you should bring a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and execution skills. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones.
