What to Expect The successful candidate will have experience in all facets of automotive vehicle assembly maintenance. Maintenance supervision and leadership experience with supporting sustainable production as well as new model and/or new equipment introductions is required. This person must be able to build upon previous successes and take our Maintenance team to the next level. What You’ll Do - Manage Maintenance team, and associated workload for Supervisors, Leads, Technicians, and Engineering support to optimize shop availability and performance according to established KPI - Develop team technical competence, skills, and overall performance.
