Program / Engagement Manager - Senior Principal

As a Senior Principal , you will join our growing CRL Practice as an experienced transformation leader responsible for shaping, governing, and delivering large‑scale, multi‑tower programs across multiple industries.
You will bring together program excellence, domain expertise, and commercial leadership to guide clients through complex change journeys You will play a pivotal role in combining strategic advisory, commercial acumen, and delivery excellence, leading engagements that reimagine how enterprises operate, transform, learn, reskill, and perform.
Your work will span discovery, solutioning, mobilization, execution, and value realization across major transformation portfolios.
A core part of your mandate is to own service governance and portfolio controls across complex, multi‑vendor ecosystems.
You will establish the governance framework —including policies, forums, roles, operating cadences, and decision‑making frameworks—while enforcing process discipline and ensuring transparency and control across all workstreams.
  Key responsibilities include: Governance, Risk & Compliance Expertise Design and run the portfolio governance model (charters, RACI, decision rights, escalation paths, MBRs/QBRs, steering committees).
Set up PMO standards (methodology, planning, RAID, benefits, change control, dependency management).
Establish financial governance (budget controls, P&L view, forecasting, benefits tracking, commercial change).
Lead audits & compliance and formalize corrective action plans Institute risk frameworks, control libraries, and quality gates; run independent health checks and tollgates/ quality gates   Program Delivery & Leadership Lead end-to-end delivery of digital, operational, and compliance transformation programs Govern multi-vendor environments, ensuring alignment on scope, delivery, milestones, and quality.
Serve as an escalation point across cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Lead globally distributed teams with strong offshore/onsite coordination.
Define and implement performance scorecards and continuous and consistent value delivery.
Sales & Consulting Growth Leadership Shape proposals, solution blueprints, and SoWs; contribute to deal strategy, commercial options, estimation, and orals.
Partner with business development teams to identify, shape, and close multi-million-dollar consulting deals.
Provide thought leadership that strengthens our market visibility.
Build C suite relationships across industries to enable long-term strategic engagements.
Our CRL practice in EMEA, with over 150 specialists, supports large global companies and most recognizable local brands in solving their most significant challenges around industry verticals – Consumer Goods; Retail (includes Automotive Retail); and Logistics (includes shipping, ports).

We are seeking Senior Principal–level consultants with expertise in one or more of the following domains: Enterprise Transformations: Demonstrated success leading ERP, CRM, or cloud transformation programs (e.
g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Salesforce).
Enterprise Integration: Hands-on experience managing API integration layers, middleware, and iPaaS platforms (such as MuleSoft, Boomi, TIBCO), including complex data exchange across enterprise systems.
GenAI and Digital Innovation: Proven experience overseeing the design and deployment of GenAI-enabled solutions such as knowledge assistants, workflow copilots, conversational AI, and content automation platforms.
In addition, candidates must demonstrate: 18+ years of experience in PMO leadership and digital transformation program management, including establishing governance structures within multi-vendor, cross-functional environments .
Proven ability to sell, orchestrate, and deliver multi-million‑dollar, multi-country transformation programs from strategy through execution.
Strong capabilities in PMO governance, risk management, reporting, and senior stakeholder alignment.
Experience managing core consulting programs such as IT strategy, enterprise roadmaps, and process transformation using tools like Celonis, Signavio, ARIS, or similar.
Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional global teams within complex matrixed and multi-vendor delivery environments.
Strong executive presence and influencing skills, with the ability to engage credibly at C-suite level and shape strategic dialogue.
High personal impact, resilience, and gravitas, with the ability to guide clients through major decision points and organizational change.
A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset, able to simplify complexity and deliver sustainable, outcome-focused solutions.
