Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers. Responsibilities • Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and procurement activities. • Coordinate activities across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program objectives. • Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed. • Communicate program status to stakeholders and executive leadership. • Manage program budgets and financials. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts. • Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices. • Drive end-to-end delivery of mission-critical consumer programs—setting goals, aligning milestones, and mobilizing execution across teams. • Partner with engineering and product leaders to translate ambitious ideas into well-sequenced technical workstreams. • Lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Design and Data teams. • Anticipate technical dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs, and guide the program team through clear, scalable paths forward. • Create clarity where there’s ambiguity—using data, insight, and storytelling to inform stakeholders and enable smart decision-making. • Elevate the craft of program management by championing Agile, SAFe, and Lean practices. • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and delivery excellence across globally distributed teams. Requirements • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proven track record of managing complex programs within an engineering environment. • 6+ years of relevant experience in technical program management or engineering, including experience at scale in consumer-facing tech. • Experience driving complex, cross-functional programs involving mobile apps, websites, backend systems, and APIs. • Strong technical fluency—you can navigate architecture conversations and partner credibly with engineers. • Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices and program governance at enterprise scale. • Exceptional communication, influence, and problem-solving skills across all levels of the org. • Presence and ability to frame issues for senior stakeholders with clarity, context, and credibility. • Passion for consumer experiences, developer velocity, and cross-functional teamwork. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
