This role is best suited for someone at a Project Coordinator or Engineering Delivery Coordinator level who is strong in execution and organization.<br><br>You will act as the link between Engineering, Product, and Compliance — translating business and regulatory requirements into clear development tasks and ensuring projects stay on track.<br><br>Responsibilities include managing work in JIRA, tracking timelines and vendor deliverables, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting testing and QA to ensure solutions meet requirements.<br><br>This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working with technical documentation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.<br><br><strong>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING <br><br></strong><ul><li>Act as the main point of contact between Engineering and cross-functional teams including Product and Compliance.</li><li>Gather business and regulatory requirements and convert them into clear user stories, tickets, and technical documentation.</li><li>Own and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using JIRA.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.</li><li>Manage vendor deliverables and Statements of Work (SOWs).</li><li>Monitor project progress and proactively remove blockers to keep initiatives on track.</li><li>Perform QA reviews and support system configuration and testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.<br><br></li></ul><strong>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR<br><br></strong><ul><li>2–3 years of experience in project coordination, delivery, or project management</li><li>Experience working closely with Engineering, Product, and Compliance/Legal teams</li><li>Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills</li><li>Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project tracking tools</li><li>Ability to understand technical documentation and API specs (no coding required)</li><li>Experience working with SaaS tools and third-party integrations (e.g., KYC or compliance platforms)</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities</li><li>Clear communicator who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment<br><br></li></ul><strong>NICE TO HAVES<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or other regulated financial services environments</li><li>Familiarity with AML/KYC frameworks and global regulatory requirements (e.g., MiCA, FATF Travel Rule, FINTRAC, AUSTRAC)</li><li>Exposure to multi-jurisdiction product launches (EU, APAC, Canada)</li><li>Experience with compliance tools (e.g., Chainalysis, Persona), data platforms (Snowflake, Power BI), or CRM/automation tools (Zendesk, HubSpot)</li><li>PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certification</li><li>Proven ability to take strategic ownership and drive process improvements</li><li>Comfortable bridging Compliance/Legal and Product/Engineering teams in a fast-paced, scale-up environment<br><br></li></ul><strong>WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT US<br><br></strong><ul><li>Competitive Salary - We value and reward our team members.</li><li>Hybrid Work Environment – Enjoy flexibility while being part of a dynamic team.</li><li>Team Culture & Events – Regular socials, team meetings, and collaborative workspaces.</li><li>Impactful Work – Play a key role in a growing company and make a real difference.<br><br></li></ul><strong>JOIN OUR INCLUSIVE TEAM<br><br></strong>Localcoin is committed to building an inclusive, accessible, and equitable workplace.
