Our <span>in-vitro Diagnostic</span> Assay manufacturing site in <b><span>Dundee </span></b>has an exciting opportunity for a <b>Quality Project Manager </b>to join the Dundee Compliance department.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><p></p><p>As the <b>Quality Project Manager,</b> you will:</p><p></p><ul><li>Own the development and delivery of the site Project Management programme and PMO structure.</li><li>Manage high‑impact projects, including Design Control/Product Transfers, Facilities/IT, Product Improvements, CI, Compliance, and other business‑critical initiatives.</li><li>Partner with Business Leaders to support tactical and strategic priorities, aligned with Class A Business Excellence.</li><li>Promote effective cross‑functional teamwork and ensure projects are delivered to quality, compliance, cost, and timeline expectations.</li><li>Set clear expectations and foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Monitor best‑practice methodologies and introduce modern project and resource management approaches.</li><li>Deliver accurate, timely reporting and communicate effectively with Senior Leadership, escalating risks or delays where needed.</li><li>Manage project‑related capital requests, costs, budgets, and resource allocation.</li><li>Lead improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, communication, and operational performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and site expectations.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications / Profile</b></p><ul><li>Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).</li><li>Previous experience as a Project Manager.</li><li>Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time‑management.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Skilled in RCA tools (A3, DMAIC) and familiar with Process Validation.</li><li>Experience using EDMS and document control processes.</li><li>Understanding of ERP cost drivers and how to influence them.</li><li>Knowledge of CAPA and Change Control, with ability to manage records in relevant systems.</li><li>Experience in a regulated industry (preferred).</li><li>Six Sigma Yellow Belt (minimum).</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>As you’d expect from an innovative global health care company, we offer a competitive range of benefits including excellent salaries, a class-leading defined contribution pension scheme, private healthcare, life assurance and a flexible benefits scheme.</p><p></p><p>Abbott is about the power of health.
