Quality System Compliance Auditor (Remote)

About the position This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Quality System Compliance Auditor - REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring quality standards across multiple business units through conducting thorough audits. You will identify opportunities for improvement, ensure compliance with industry standards, and work closely with various stakeholders to enhance quality processes. Your expertise will directly impact the organization’s ability to maintain high-quality practices that align with regulatory and company policies. This role offers the chance to make significant contributions to our partner's mission in the aerospace and defense sectors. Responsibilities • Plan and conduct second-party QMS audits for compliance with standards and regulations. • Perform lead auditor responsibilities, including audit planning and representation to site leadership. • Ensure compliance of processes, products, and services with internal standards and best practices. • Issue detailed audit reports with findings and proposed corrective actions. • Assist with site surveillance and recertification audits as needed. • Support data analysis related to audit performance for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with regional leads to ensure audit schedules are met. Requirements • University Degree in business administration, Quality Management, or related field, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in QMS auditing in aerospace or defense. • Familiarity with 91XX series and ISO9001 standards. • AATT Certification or equivalent. • Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
