Receiver/Shipper - Water Dock (Swing Shift) Dairy - Lakeland

Publix Pharmacy is a well-known company in the manufacturing sector, and they are seeking a Receiver/Shipper for their Water Dock. The role involves performing various responsibilities related to product receiving and shipping, maintaining housekeeping, and ensuring accurate documentation.


Responsibilities

  • Performing all team assignments
  • Maintaining housekeeping
  • Selecting product for all departments
  • Receiving inbound trucks
  • Returning all inbound products to warehouse
  • Completing required paperwork accurately
  • Verifying correct quantities and code dates on all products
  • Tracking all damaged product
  • Performing all Shipping Room/Case Room Operator duties (as needed)
  • Giving breaks to Palletizer Operators
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must demonstrate excellent work habits in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Must demonstrate safe working habits
  • Must obtain license and operate forklift
  • Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds frequently
