They are a rapidly growing, innovative, and industry leading healthcare practice.<br>We are looking for a passionate and hands-on person to play a crucial role in managing and executing all aspects of human resources and recruitment. You will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent, as well as fostering a positive and productive work environment. You should be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.<br><b>Responsibilities:</b><br></p><ul> <li>You will oversee all Recruitment, Human Resources and Employee Engagement. </li><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle, which includes job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. </li><li>Collaborate with function heads to understand their hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions. </li><li>Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. </li><li>Conduct all reference checks and background screenings for potential hires. </li><li>Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. </li><li>Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs. </li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. </li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. </li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. </li><li>Serve as main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns. </li><li>Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention. </li><li>Support the employee performance evaluation processes and career development initiatives. </li><li>Plan and execute employee engagement activities, which includes team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives. </li></ul><b>Requirements:</b> <ul> <li>Strong experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting. </li><li>Proficient experience in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Strong experience creating recruiting campaigns and messaging. </li><li>Experience sourcing, networking, and building relationships with future candidates. </li><li>Experience with ADP and Loxo is a plus. </li><li>Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. </li><li>Ability to use a high level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information. </li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to travel as needed for networking or recruiting events. </li><li>Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. </li></ul><br>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
