Refrigeration Technician (Danao)

The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and conducting repairs of refrigeration systems (ammonia), compressed air systems, power systems, steam systems, and preventive maintenance activities.

  • Provides mechanical technical services necessary for the installation of production, utility, and other support equipment.
  • Gathers equipment specifications such as model, serial number, power rating, etc., and compiles all necessary data that will be used in the preparation of preventive maintenance programs and equipment histories.
  • Conducts regular preventive and predictive maintenance, including condition monitoring, and prepares graphical presentations for benchmarking and analysis.
  • Performs corrective maintenance, technical analysis of equipment failures, installation of mechanical equipment, and executes load testing, ensuring compliance with company rules, SOPs, and maintenance program enhancements.
  • Implements and/or provides suggestions for continuous improvement of equipment in the production line to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Ensures that all operating systems are in tip-top operating condition.
  • Prioritizes safety in their area, ensuring the safety of personnel, materials, products, equipment, tools, and other company properties to prevent Lost Time Accidents.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Industrial Technology.
  • With at least two (2) years of experience in any manufacturing industry.
  • Must have experience in working with Ammonia, Refrigeration System, PLC, Programming, Control System Engineering, Instrument Calibration, and/or PID.
  • Knowledgeable in maintenance work related to production and utility equipment, preferably in a food manufacturing company.
  • Must be able to lift at least 20kg of weight.
  • Must possess strong communication skills and a high level of stress tolerance.
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule in Danao, Cebu (Full Onsite)
