Regional Commercial Demand Planner (REMOTE)

<h2>Overview</h2></br><p>Regional Commercial Demand Planner (REMOTE) role at Siemens Healthineers. This remote role can be based within the USA; travel to Siemens locations may be required to collaborate with team members.</p></br><h2>Responsibilities</h2></br><ul></br><li>Acting as the point of contact for demand planning within a specific region.</li></br><li>Ensuring effective communication with cross-functional teams to align on demand planning strategies and query resolution.</li></br><li>Developing and maintaining long-term unconstrained global demand forecasts driving zone alignment and accuracy improvement (e.g., wMAPE, Bias, CRM, Value Generation).</li></br><li>Driving alignment with Zone Demand Planners for appropriate planning models, ratios, and adjustment methodology.</li></br><li>Coordinating Sales Funnel Accuracy Improvement with Zone Demand Planners and CRM.</li></br><li>Supporting the Demand Management process with robust demand insights and scenario planning.</li></br><li>Supporting the Demand Planning Process excellence team through proactively identifying opportunities for process enhancement and best practice.</li></br><li>Collaborating with Finance, Sales and Marketing to ensure demand alignment with financial targets and business objectives.</li></br><li>Risk management and the timely communication of demand uncertainties.</li></br><li>Consolidation of Business Area Demand Profiles.</li></br><li>Preparation of forecast reporting to senior leadership and global stakeholders as required.</li></br><li>Partnering with supply planners to ensure alignment between demand signals and production plans.</li></br><li>Monitoring capacity profiles and impact to demand trends, highlighting opportunities for risk mitigation.</li></br></ul></br><h2>Qualifications</h2></br><ul></br><li>Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration or related fields.</li></br><li>Minimum 8 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand or Supply Management, preferably in the Healthcare industry.</li></br><li>Expertise in statistical forecasting methods and advanced analytics.</li></br><li>Established experience with demand planning software and data analysis tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP).</li></br><li>APICS CSCP and/or CPIM.</li></br><li>Experience with S&OP / IBP process methodologies.</li></br></ul></br><h2>Your Attributes And Skills</h2></br><ul></br><li>Results-oriented with a strong customer focus.</li></br><li>Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple regions and teams.</li></br><li>Proven ability to partner with Finance, Marketing, Commercial and SCM.</li></br><li>Knowledge of regulatory and market dynamics in the life sciences industry is a plus.</li></br><li>Strategic thinking and influencing skills.</li></br><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li></br><li>Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.</li></br><li>Willing to travel 5-10%.</li></br></ul></br><h2>Who we are</h2></br><p>We are a team of more than 73,000 Healthineers in more than 70 countries. Factors affecting starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
