Relief Porter/Concierge
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Concierge/Porter to work as a Relief Porter across a number of luxury residential buildings in Central London.
Position: Relief Porter/Concierge
Salary: £30,400 per annum
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, shift times can vary (early shifts, late shifts, some night shifts)
Job type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Central London
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Concierge desk.
- Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
- Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site.
- Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
- Assisting residents with day to day queries.
- Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels.
- Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries.
- Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively.
- Issuing building fobs and parking permits.
Previous experience working in high-end residential buildings or hotels is required.
