In this role, you will be integral in creating a cohesive and captivating online experience that effectively communicates the brand's creativity, flexibility, and power. You will manage both the design and development of the core web pages, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. Your contribution will be pivotal in elevating the company's digital presence and customer engagement. Responsibilities • Design and build web experiences in Webflow, from concept to launch. • Ship quickly with high taste, making strong design decisions under tight deadlines. • Create cutting-edge web experiences that embody the brand's values and ethos. • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to turn ideas into reality. • Innovate constantly to enhance the brand's digital presence and user experience. Requirements • 6+ years of experience in visual design for the web. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow CMS; familiarity with Three.js, GSAP, Next.js, and React. • Capability to manage projects independently without relying on handoffs. • Strong design judgment and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality. • An understanding of interaction, motion, and storytelling in web design. • Excitement for experimentation and learning through practical application. • A compelling portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and attention to detail. • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to keep stakeholders informed. • Open to feedback and capable of refining work autonomously. • A proactive and efficient work attitude.
