[Remote] Business Analyst – Legal Operations (Sirion CLM Support)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Morae Global Corporation is a dynamic, high-growth organization providing integrated solutions for corporate law departments and law firms. They are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support their Legal Operations team during the implementation and ongoing deployment of the Sirion Contract Lifecycle Management platform. Responsibilities • Support the Legal Operations team in the rollout and enhancement of the Sirion (CLM) platform. • Participate in system configuration discussions and gather business requirements from legal and cross-functional stakeholders. • Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation. • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, and track and validate defects. • Develop and deliver change management communications, user guides, training decks, and process documentation. • Facilitate training sessions, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing workshops for end users. • Support adoption efforts by monitoring user feedback and assisting with issue resolution. • Analyze current legal processes related to contracting, templates, workflows, and approvals. • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows within Sirion CLM. • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on new or updated processes. • Act as a liaison between Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance, and other supporting business units. • Maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates for internal stakeholders. • Coordinate with vendor teams (Sirion and implementation partners) regarding requirements, timelines, testing, and issue resolution. • Assist with data migration validation and ongoing data quality checks. • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track system use, adoption, and performance. • Support contract metadata review and clean-up activities. Skills • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Legal Operations or related business functions. • Experience with Sirion CLM • Strong understanding of contracting processes and legal workflows. • Prior experience supporting technology implementations, including testing and change management. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
