As a Clinical Operations Associate on our Clinical Enablement team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient-provider assignments, managing compliance-related tasks, and supporting cross-functional enrollment processes. This dynamic, generalist role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Provider Panel Management: Manage patient assignments, maintain balanced provider panel sizes, and optimize care capacity. Compliance Support: Ensure full compliance with prescription authority, manage application submissions, and track licenses and enrollments. Enrollment and FMA Support: Assist with Final Medical Approval processes, serve as a point of contact for Enrollment and cross-functional partners, and streamline communication. Flexible Team Support: Provide additional support across various operational functions, helping the team adapt to new challenges and demands as Virta scales. 90-Day Plan: Within your first 90 days, you'll gain a thorough understanding of Virta's operational workflows, build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, and begin identifying opportunities for workflow improvements. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in operations or generalist roles within healthcare or similar fields. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. Adaptability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements or provider management tools.
