[Remote] Corporate Account Manager (PepsiCo)

They are seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth in named accounts, primarily with PepsiCo Beverages, and support broader growth in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve significant sales growth and exceed revenue targets by developing and executing comprehensive strategic account plans
  • Cultivate and expand deep, lasting relationships with executive leadership and key decision-makers across your assigned accounts, influencing strategic direction and driving impactful outcomes
  • Leverage the full breadth of the Siemens Digital Industries portfolio, including DI and SI resources, to architect and deliver innovative, impactful solutions
  • Drive specification influence, seamlessly coordinating across Siemens' diverse internal teams (e.g., Vertical Sales, Software Sales, Digital Sales, OEM Sales, Engineering)
  • Actively manage relationships with strategic partners and integrators to ensure successful project execution and amplified market reach
  • Drive rigorous opportunity management and accurate forecasting, fueled by proactive demand generation and in-depth account research
  • Ensure every solution not only addresses customer challenges but also delivers quantifiable financial outcomes directly impacting their key performance indicators, thereby fostering robust, sustainable growth for both Siemens and our clients within their respective markets

Skills

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in business development or strategic account management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex solution environments
  • Proven success navigating diverse sales channels, including direct sales, distributors, and system integrators
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the required vehicle plan
  • 5+ years of acumen in the CPG industry including market dynamics, key players, & business drivers
  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree
  • Deep understanding of Discrete and Process Automation or Digital Transformation solutions, and their application within CPG processes
  • Siemens Portfolio Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of the Siemens Digital Industries product, solutions, and service portfolio
