About the Role: We are looking for Customer Support Representatives to support a US-based Travel & Hospitality client. The role involves handling customer interactions related to airline bookings, hotel reservations, cruise line services, and travel back-office operations through voice and/or non-voice channels.


Work Schedule: Must be willing to work between 6:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM IST

Night shift aligned with US business hours


Payout:

Voice Process: Rs 160 per hour


Key Responsibilities

SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE SABRE TOOL

Handle customer interactions via calls, emails, chats, or booking systems

Assist with airline, hotel, and cruise bookings, modifications, cancellations, and inquiries

Perform back-office travel operations and booking support

Use Sabre reservation system for booking and servicing requests

Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation of all transactions

Follow defined processes and service-level agreements

Provide clear, polite, and professional customer communication

Escalate complex cases as per process guidelines


Mandatory Requirements

Knowledge of Sabre tool is a must

Fluency in spoken and written English

Hands-on experience with the Sabre tool (mandatory)

Prior back-office or customer support experience in:

Airline booking

Hotel reservations

Cruise line operations

Travel support services

Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM 6 AM IST)

Must have own Windows 11 laptop

High-speed and reliable internet connection

Quiet and professional work-from-home setup


Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling US customers

Familiarity with US travel policies, fare rules and ticketing workflows

Prior experience in BPO or travel operations environment

Dual monitor setup (preferred)
