[Remote] Data Analyst – Omnichannel & Offline Growth

They are seeking a highly curious and business-oriented Data Analyst to support their evolving direct-to-consumer omnichannel strategy, analyzing performance across channels and translating data into insights that guide growth decisions. Responsibilities • Analyze performance across digital and offline channels (eCommerce, phone, Viewing Rooms) to understand customer behavior and revenue drivers • Evaluate cross-channel interactions to identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention • Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Real Estate to inform go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation, and lifecycle initiatives • Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends and insights that drive business decisions • Apply statistical techniques to support forecasting for demand, revenue, customer lifetime value, and churn • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that enable self-service insights for stakeholders • Monitor KPIs, flag performance shifts, and recommend actions • Automate recurring reporting and analytical workflows to improve scalability and efficiency Skills • 3–5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a direct-to-consumer, eCommerce, retail, or omnichannel environment • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets • Experience building dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Solid analytical foundation, including experience with statistical analysis and trend identification • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear, business-relevant insights • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Python or R for advanced analysis or automation • Strong proficiency in arenaflex Analytics or Adobe Analytics • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses and modern analytics stacks • Exposure to forecasting, predictive modeling, or experimentation frameworks • Experience supporting offline channels such as retail, call centers, or physical locations Company Overview • Saatva is the original direct-to-consumer mattress and home furnishings company, founded on the principle that everyone deserves healthy and restorative sleep.
