[Remote] Dental Network Dev Recruiter -CT,MA,NY

MetLife is one of the world’s leading financial services companies, and they are seeking a Dental Network Development Recruiter responsible for recruiting out of network dentists into their Preferred Dental Network. The role involves creating recruitment strategies, managing relationships with dental providers, and collaborating with various departments to enhance the dental business.


Responsibilities

  • Lead targeted Recruitment Efforts in your assigned territory
  • Create recruitment list of out of network dentist to contract with MetLife Preferred Network
  • Oversee the assigned territory
  • Manage positive and professional relationships with Dental Providers
  • Develop recruitment strategies to target out of network dentist to participate in MetLife's Preferred Dental Network
  • Coordinate with the required departments including, Sales, Client Services and Finance

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as Network Recruiter, Dental Practice Management, or Dental Office
  • CRM/Salesforce, Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong Organizational and Time-Management Skills
  • Self-Starter and Motivated
  • Up to 50% travel is required
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Suggested 3-5 of years of experience in Network, Dental Practice Management or Dental Office
  • CRM/Salesforce, Excel, MicroSoft
  • Strong Negotiation Skills
  • Familiar with Dental PPO and HMO Plans
