Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | Remote (U.S.-Based Preferred) | Annual travel to South Asia Program and Position Overview: Love Justice’s school, located in South Asia, plays a significant role in our mission by inspiring students to become independent thinkers, adept problem solvers, and passionate difference makers in the world by preparing their hearts, minds, and souls through excellent education. This unique school has both local and expat teachers and aims to implement research-backed educational methods in order to establish a “kingdom-class” education. The Remote Documentation & Systems Coach will support The Dream School by capturing, organizing, and strengthening core instructional and operational documentation. This role helps preserve institutional knowledge, strengthen onboarding, and build sustainable systems that can scale over time. The position will work closely with school leadership and will be remote, with an annual visit to South Asia for alignment and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prioritize the most critical school systems and processes to document in collaboration with school leadership. Organize existing resources into clear, accessible formats (guides, templates, SOPs, onboarding materials). Draft and refine documentation that reflects real practice and supports consistency for staff and future hires. Collaborate with in-country staff to ensure documentation is practical, culturally appropriate, and easy to use. Support continuous improvement by periodically updating documents based on implementation feedback. Travel to South Asia annually to observe, gather input, and strengthen collaboration with the on-site team. Qualifications: Mission & Faith Alignment: Mature Christian faith and agreement with LJI’s Global Value to “Abide in Christ”; passion for justice and advocacy on behalf of vulnerable populations; alignment with LJI’s mission and values. Experience & Skills: Experience in education, instructional coaching, school leadership, operations, documentation, or systems work; strong written communication skills; strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs/Drive) and comfort organizing shared resources. Competencies & Soft Skills: High attention to detail; strong project management and follow-through; ability to work independently in a remote context while collaborating closely with a team; humility and cross-cultural sensitivity.
