Skills

  • You've worked in financial services or professional services—ideally within an RIA—and understand the pace, pressure, and professionalism those environments demand
  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in Founder/C-Suite executive support roles in a high-performance team
  • You've worked with people who are already successful, and you know how to elevate them even further
  • You've got the credentials to back up your deep knowledge
  • You've built and scaled programs, partnership initiatives, and channel strategies – and have the results to show for it
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field that prepared you to work at the intersection of strategy and execution
