Responsibilities • Develop & Implement Culture Strategies: Design initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performance environment aligned with core organizational values • Executive & Team Coaching: Mentor leadership teams on talent management, performance improvement, and sustainable career development • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Collaborate with HR to attract top talent and ensure a seamless integration of new hires into a thriving culture • Employee Engagement: Conduct culture assessments, facilitate feedback sessions, and launch engagement initiatives to continuously elevate employee satisfaction • Strategic Market Expansion: Identify and secure retainer-based business development opportunities within the eLearning, coaching, and enterprise sales sectors • Client & Partnership Development: Act as an ambassador for our comprehensive eLearning solutions—including instructional design, LMS support, and digital course creation—to build lasting relationships with consulting firms, SaaS providers, and marketing agencies • Executive Placement & Networking: Leverage your network to connect with placement agencies and recruiters, supporting executive placement initiatives and exploring part-time leadership opportunities for the CEO within the broader industry • HR Business Partnership: Work closely with senior leadership to optimize organizational design and resource planning that support both internal growth and external market positioning • Integrated Communication: Champion transparent communication strategies to ensure alignment between business development efforts and internal culture initiatives Skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field • 10+ years in leadership roles within HR, talent management, business development, or organizational development—preferably in high-growth or eLearning environments • Proven track record in developing and securing strategic business partnerships, with a strong network in the eLearning, coaching, or enterprise sales sectors • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Self-motivated with a track record of success in remote and dynamic work environments, complemented by the flexibility to travel as needed • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field Benefits • Flexible Engagement: Enjoy a remote work setup with occasional travel, a flexible, retainer-based structure, and performance-based incentives.
