[Remote] Extended Hours Client Representative

As an Advice & Wealth Management Extended Hours Client Representative, you will assist clients during non-traditional business hours through phone and chat channels, helping them navigate their investing journey with tailored solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and chats to meet the service and trading needs of Vanguard Advice & Wealth Management clients during non-traditional business hours, which may require research, analysis, and collaboration to resolve complex client situations and deliver tailored solutions
  • Foster trust and reliability through consistent, high-quality service. Educate clients on Vanguard's product and service offerings to enhance the client experience and fulfill investment needs
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of Vanguard's funds, services, and technology, as well as an understanding of current market factors and how they affect Vanguard's funds and products
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Skills

  • The SIE is a mandatory requirement of the job and must be obtained no later than 14 calendar days before identified start date
  • Ability to successfully pass the Series 7 and Series 63 (or equivalent licenses) within the time frame described in Vanguard's FINRA Licensing Policy by utilizing resources and support provided by Vanguard
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
  • Learning agility to navigate continuously evolving desktop applications and technology-based advice offers
  • Interest in financial planning, investment advice, and wealth management (preferred but not required)
