[Remote] Global eCommerce Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GES - Global Experience Specialists is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Global eCommerce Analyst to lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of website performance metrics. This role is critical for understanding user behavior and informing business decisions through actionable insights. Responsibilities • Collect, analyze and interpret website performance data with a focus on customer behavior, site engagement and conversion funnel metrics. Define and track KPIs such as conversion rate (attachment rate), bounce rate, AOV, cart abandonment and channel attribution • Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for stakeholders across eCommerce, marketing and IT/project teams. Provide ad hoc analysis as needed • Identify UX friction points and opportunities via conversion funnel visualizations, heatmaps, session recordings, etc • Partner with IT to implement and manage tracking tags (ex: arenaflex Tag Manager).
