[Remote] Installationstechniker im Aussendienst

The Installation Technician for Tires as a Service (TaaS) will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing hardware installations on TaaS customers' trucks, ensuring quality and adherence to installation standards.


Responsibilities

  • Erreichung der TaaS-Hardware-Installationsziele gemäß dem vorab definierten Plan (Installationszyklus) in einem bestimmten geografischen Gebiet für den zugewiesenen Kundenkreis
  • Koordination der Installationspläne mit dem Fuhrparkmanager und der Werkstatt, bei Bedarf Einbindung von Sonderressourcen (ADR-zertifizierter Elektriker)
  • Vorbereitung der Hardware für die Installation (Einstellungen, notwendige Werkzeuge usw.)
  • Koordination von Hardware-Fehlerbehebungsmaßnahmen mit dem Customer Service Delivery Team und Durchführung von Wartungsaktivitäten im Feld
  • Einreichen und Berichterstattung von Hardware-Leistungsansprüchen bei den Hardware-Lieferanten
  • Beitrag zur Entwicklung von Installationsschulungsmaterialien für Dienstleister (Truck Force Network) oder andere Drittanbieter-Installateure
  • Durchführung von Installationsschulungen und Erhalt der erforderlichen Zertifikate für die Installation von elektronischen Bremssystemen (EBS) (wie Wabco, Knorr und/oder Haldex)
  • Qualitäts- und Zählkontrolle beim Empfang der Hardware-Ausrüstung
  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Lagerung der Hardware-Ausrüstung
  • Durchführung des Scannens und der Registrierung aller Hardwareteile

Skills

  • 3 oder mehr Jahre Erfahrung in mechanischen und elektrischen Installations-/Reparaturarbeiten
  • Technische Erfahrung mit Sattelzugmaschinen und deren zugehöriger Telematik und Reifen
  • Starker technischer Hintergrund und Erfahrung in der Planung und Terminierung
  • Selbstmotiviert, beharrlich und ein Teamplayer
  • Starke unternehmerische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Parteien zu planen und den Plan auszuführen
  • Grundlegende IT-Kenntnisse
  • Fließend in der Sprache des ausgewählten Gebiets plus Englisch
  • Bereitschaft zu reisen (bis zu 3–4 Tage pro Woche, mit gelegentlichen Einsätzen am Samstag)
  • Ein technisches Diplom in Nutzfahrzeugmechanik/Elektronik ist von Vorteil; andernfalls können Sie sich gerne bewerben
