Job Title : QA Testing Analyst – (Adobe AEM, CJA & AJO) Location : Fully Remote Job Overview We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and practical experience working with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This role will focus on building and maintaining automated test frameworks, validating end-to-end customer journeys, and ensuring data accuracy across Adobe platforms in an Agile delivery environment. The ideal candidate has real-world automation experience across Adobe ecosystems and is comfortable validating complex customer journeys, integrations, and analytics workflows. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks and scripts for AEM, CJA, and AJO workflows. Automate end-to-end customer journey validations across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, and web. Build and execute automated regression, smoke, and sanity test suites as part of arenaflex / CD pipelines. Validate data flows, event tracking, and analytics pipelines across Adobe tools. Perform API automation testing using tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks. Validate backend data using MongoDB and ensure data integrity across systems. Work within AEM Author to validate page creation, component behavior, forms, and content paths through automation where applicable. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business teams in an Agile / Scrum environment. Track defects, test execution, and coverage using tools like qTest or similar test management systems. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience as a QA Automation Engineer, with hands-on automation framework development. Solid hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Practical experience working with or validating Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Experience automating tests for web applications, APIs, and microservices. Proficiency with automation tools / frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, or similar. Experience with API automation and data validation. Strong understanding of arenaflex / CD pipelines and test automation integration. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
