[Remote] Jr. Project Coordinator

Koho Consulting is a fast-growing implementation partner for Contract Lifecycle Management tools, seeking a motivated Jr. Project Coordinator to support their delivery organization. In this role, you'll work alongside Project Managers to help keep client projects running smoothly and gain hands-on experience in professional services delivery and project coordination. Responsibilities • Support Koho Project Managers across multiple customer implementations and post-go-live engagements • Assist with project coordination tasks, including meeting prep, follow-arenaflex, and action item tracking • Help ensure Managed Services customers are receiving consistent communication and support updates • Coordinate internal task assignments to ensure requests are routed to the right team members and completed on time • Maintain project documentation and ensure records stay organized and accurate • Perform data entry and ongoing updates to support internal project tracking and reporting • Help keep Koho project details up to date for internal executive dashboard summaries • Assist in building customer-facing deliverables used in project kickoff/setup (timelines, trackers, status updates, etc.) • Identify gaps in project updates, communication, or internal handoffs — and proactively flag them • Help improve consistency in how tasks are tracked and managed across projects • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (PMs, Implementation Leads, leadership) to keep priorities moving forward • Take ownership of assigned coordination tasks and follow through until resolution Skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable learning new tools/processes quickly (SaaS + professional services environment) • Strong written communication skills (ability to craft clear, professional client updates) • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment • Strong emotional intelligence and willingness to ask questions, collaborate, and take feedback • Experience with Confluence/Accelo is a plus • Experience with arenaflex Office and/or SharePoint is a plus Company Overview • Koho focuses on providing software and services for organizations looking to execute on their Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, and Growth strategies through the use of our partner's contract management solutions.
